Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds, cancellations, delivery obligations, service limitations, and acceptable grounds for reimbursement for services rendered by HtoY Service.
By proceeding with any purchase, consultation, subscription, or financial analytical service, the client legally confirms that they have carefully read, fully understood, and voluntarily accepted all provisions set forth herein. All clauses remain valid regardless of client awareness, emotional perception, or expectations of outcomes beyond the scope of the purchased service.

1. General Provisions

1.1. All products and services offered by HtoY Service are digital, intellectual, analytical, or consultative in nature, meaning no physical return of goods is applicable or technically possible. The client acknowledges that intellectual work, once completed and delivered, cannot be retracted, resold, or reversed.

1.2. Due to the financial and analytical character of our services — which require strategic labor, professional expertise, calculations, and time allocation — refunds are provided only under strictly regulated conditions outlined within this document.

1.3. All services are considered non-tangible deliverables, which include but are not limited to: financial reports, Excel models, audits, strategic analysis, consultation hours, projections, pricing models, investment evaluations, or business planning materials. The absence of physical form does not diminish value, and receipt of such deliverables constitutes full service completion.

1.4. The client understands that purchasing a service grants the right to access intellectual output rather than ownership of operational methods, source logic, or proprietary frameworks used during production. Internal methodologies are not subject to disclosure or refund claims.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be approved only when the following criteria are met, with supporting documentation required:

  • The service has not commenced, meaning no analytical work was executed, no research stage was initiated, and no materials were requested from the client.
  • No deliverables of any type were produced or submitted, including drafts, partial calculations, document structures, or preliminary findings.
  • A proven operational, technical, or administrative error occurred solely on the side of HtoY Service, resulting in the inability to complete the order within a reasonable period.
  • Cancellation was requested before any work began, prior to data collection, consultation scheduling, model creation, or internal assignment of a specialist.

If a portion of work was completed, a partial refund may be considered, calculated proportionally to the amount of time, effort, research, and analytical processing already completed. The final decision rests exclusively with HtoY Service, based on documented labor input and measurable progress.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds are not issued under the following circumstances, regardless of client opinion, emotional dissatisfaction, or retrospective expectations:

  • The client failed to provide necessary data required to complete analysis (financial history, metrics, budgets, cost structure, pricing, etc.), which directly prevented execution.
  • The final deliverables were submitted in full, delivered on time or within a reasonable business period, and were accessible to the client digitally.
  • Refund requests based on subjective dissatisfaction, personal expectations, unrealized assumptions, or preference for a different analytical result are not accepted, as financial projections rely on client-provided data.
  • Change of decision after project initiation, request for discontinuation due to shift in business strategy, or inability to implement recommendations does not constitute grounds for refund.
  • Analytical conclusions that did not align with desired financial outcomes are not grounds for refund, as HtoY Service is responsible for calculations, not for external market performance.

All completed work is considered final due to intellectual nature and cannot be returned, revoked, or withdrawn once delivered.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, the client must follow the mandatory protocol listed below. Failure to complete all steps may result in automatic refusal:

  2. Include full payment details: invoice number, date of purchase, product or service title.
  3. Provide a detailed description of the reason for requesting a refund, along with evidence, proof of non-delivery, screenshots, documents, or correspondence logs.
  4. Await formal evaluation conducted by our finance and compliance department.

Refund requests undergo verification, analysis, and approval review within 7–14 business days, depending on complexity and evidence volume. The client will receive a formal written decision stating approval, partial approval, or refusal.

If approved, processing and issuance of funds may take an additional 5–10 business days, depending on banking systems, international transfers, or currency conversion.

5. Delivery Timeframes & Delays

5.1. If service delivery is delayed due to client-side factors, such as late data submission, unresponsiveness, incomplete financial records, incorrect files, delayed approvals, or requested revisions, the delay does not qualify for refunds or penalties. Work resumes only after missing materials are provided.

5.2. If delays occur due to internal factors attributable to HtoY Service, we may offer a deadline extension, complimentary priority upgrade, or partial compensation, assessed individually and depending on the stage of project execution.

5.3. Any form of dissatisfaction caused by external conditions — market fluctuations, business performance, economic climate, client strategy errors, or third-party involvement — is not eligible for refund consideration. The analytical service remains valid regardless of outcomes.

6. Amendments & Legal Authority

HtoY Service reserves the right to update, revise, expand, or modify this policy at any time without prior notification, in accordance with legal compliance and operational standards.
The most current and legally binding version will always be available on our official website and replaces all previous versions immediately upon publication.

Continued use of services after updates constitutes automatic acceptance of revised terms.

7. Legal Acceptance

By placing an order, submitting payment, engaging in consultation, or accessing delivered materials, the client confirms:

  • full agreement with the terms of this Refund and Returns Policy
  • understanding that analytical work is intellectual and non-returnable
  • acknowledgment that execution and delivery constitute completion of service

This document is legally binding, enforceable internationally, and applies to all clients without exception.
